• Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The rug must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • No Returns or refunds on sale product ( unless faulty)

• Return Fee

  • A 15% return fee applies to all returns.
  • This fee will be waived if you exchange the rug for an item of equal or greater value.

• Refund Process

  • Once the returned rug is received and inspected, a refund (minus the return fee, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank.

• Exclusions

  • Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

• Damaged or Faulty Rugs

  • If your rug arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

• Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the rug is damaged or faulty.

We aim to have your order picked, packed, and dispatched within two working days. General delivery lead times are as follows:

North Island – 2 to 4 working days

South Island – 4 to 6 working days

Rural delivery – add an extra day to the above

Vacuuming

• Vacuum regularly on low suction to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the fibers.
• Avoid using a turbo or brush head, as this can cause matting on shaggy rugs and damage handmade floor rugs.
• For delicate rugs, gentle vacuuming or shaking them outside is recommended to remove dust and restore the pile.

Sun and UV Light Exposure

• To ensure product longevity, avoid placing rugs in direct sunlight.
• Natural fiber rugs are particularly susceptible to fading in high UV areas, so position them away from exposed sunlight.

Color Migration

• Avoid placing dark-colored dyed rugs onto light flooring, as color migration can occur.
• Using rug underlay can help prevent any color transfer.

Rug Rotation

• Regular foot traffic or sunlight may fade or wear certain areas of the rug.
• We advise rotating your rug periodically to ensure even wear and exposure.
