This service provides guided showroom tours tailored to the client’s needs and preferences.

Please note this is not an interior design service provided by Gemma Chapman Design. Gemma is present to offer knowledge and guidance on premium materials, finishes, and furniture.

A maximum of 3 people can attend per booking.
Trade Pricing

Trade pricing is offered where possible on selected items. The availability and discount rates are subject to showroom policies and product-specific conditions.
Client Costs -
The cost of lunch during the tour is the responsibility of the client and is not included in the service fee.
Booking and Cancellations -
Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour to avoid cancellation fees.
Liability -
Gemma Chapman Design is not liable for any decisions made by the client regarding purchases, project outcomes, or agreements with showrooms or suppliers.

Transportation is provided as part of the service; however, clients participate in this tour at their own risk.
Conduct and Respect -
Clients are expected to respect showroom staff, policies, and property during visits.
